Who we are

Solarise Quotes is operated by Ollie Hawkins in New Zealand. Solarise Quotes is a lead-referral service — we help homeowners explore whether residential solar could suit their property, and connect suitable enquiries with selected local solar installers. We are not a solar installer, and we do not perform installations. By submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

What the service is

This service is currently free for homeowners. You provide information about your property, electricity usage, and requirements. We review this information, and if your enquiry appears suitable, we may connect you with one or more selected local solar installers, either sharing it with up to three installers or providing it to one installer exclusively.

Installers are independent

Installers we refer you to are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of Solarise Quotes, and we do not control how they operate.

No guarantee

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that you will be referred, contacted by an installer, or receive a quote. We do not guarantee any particular savings, system performance, pricing, or standard of workmanship from any installer.

Agreements with installers

Any agreement for products or installation is directly between you and the installer — Solarise Quotes is not a party to it. You're responsible for deciding whether an installer and their offer are suitable for you.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you either own the property or have the owner's permission to enquire on their behalf.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Solarise Quotes is not liable for the actions, conduct, pricing, or workmanship of any installer we refer you to. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under New Zealand law that cannot legally be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
